Collaborates with administrators, educators, families, and community partners to address student needs, support transitions, analyze student data, and implement proactive and responsive interventions. Maintains a data-driven counseling program aligned with district and state standards to promote student achievement, growth, and positive school engagement. Knowledge of comprehensive school counseling programs, student development, and data-driven decision making is essential. Strong communication, collaboration, and counseling skills are required. Ability to work effectively with students, families, staff, and community agencies to support student success is crucial.
